Local gardeners and photographers look forward to late spring, the prime time to visit Peony’s Envy, a riot of color in the Bernardsville countryside.  This nursery and display garden offers one of the most extensive collections of tree, herbaceous and intersectional peonies in the Northeast. Their Peak Bloom Supper Party is scheduled for Saturday, June 1 from 5 to 7pm.  There will be a buffet-style picnic in the garden among the stunning peak peony blooms.
Supper includes appetizers, salads, bread, main dishes and dessert; guests will BYOB. Tickets are $100 per person and can be purchased online.  Since space is limited, they recommend getting tickets in advance. In case of rain, the event may be re-scheduled to the evening of Sunday, June 2nd.

The Display Gardens at Peony’s Envy are laid out over a seven-acre property with trails that meander throughout the peony collections. 700 different cultivars and over 50,000 individual peony plants are featured. Peony’s Envy is located at 34 Autumn Hill Drive in Bernardsville.
